How shipment data is handled.

Public tracking pages show shipment details connected to a tracking number, including status, origin, destination, recipient name, package details, route milestones, delivery notes, and proof-of-delivery information when available.

Recipient emails are used for shipment updates only when customer notification consent is enabled and email notifications are configured. Public pages mask recipient email addresses and do not allow email changes without a secure verification flow.

Support request data includes the name, email, optional tracking number, and message submitted through the support form. This information is used to review and respond to support needs.

Admin-only information, notification logs, settings, login credentials, password hashes, and SMTP secrets are not shown on public tracking pages.
